1. Price
All furniture on this website is offered at the price shown on screen and is fully inclusive excluding delivery. Payment for goods may be by Debit/Credit Card via telephone, Paypal , Bank Transfer, Personal Cheque or Postal Order made payable to northdownpine.co.uk (contact for postal address)

Note: If you choose to pay by Credit/Debit card we will only deliver to the address the card is registered to. If this is unsuitable for you please select an alternative payment method.

2. Delivery
Please note that we only quote for delivery to the UK Mainland.
Once we have processed your order we attempt to deliver all orders within a reasonable time frame. We keep our customers fully informed of the anticipated date of delivery.

3. Returns - Damaged and Defective Goods
If upon receipt of delivery you find that your goods have been damaged in transit please notify us immediately by calling 0870 620 1879. Replacement items will then be requested and sent to you. In the unlikely event that your items have a defect i.e. missing parts, please call us to arrange dispatch of replacement parts.

4. Returns - 7 Day Cooling Off Period
You have the unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 working days without having to give us a reason. The 7 working days start from the day after the day that you receive the goods. We will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the goods, but not any delivery charges. Please note that you will have to pay the return delivery cost of the goods to us, which depending on the item weight may vary between £25 and £60 + VAT.  All goods must be unopened and in perfect condition. 5. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time by contacting us via email or telephone. If your goods have not been dispatched, we will arrange for a refund to the card you used to purchase the goods. If your order has been dispatched, you will be charged for the costs of returning the goods to us which could vary between £25.00 and £60 + VAT per item.

6. Privacy
We respect your privacy by the enforcement of a strict company privacy policy. We will never contact you via unsolicited email.
In accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act passed into law 11 Dec 03  - We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).
We  conform with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998.
